It makes sense that just when we have to pack everything up for a few months I have ideas for new projects I want to start. Above is an in-progress one that hopefully I can keep working on through April and May while my craft supplies sit in storage somewhere between Maryland and San Diego.
I am making a digital book of our engagement. Something to document the last year other than this which I gave up on long ago.
The digital format is working out well and so far between my iCal, the blog, flickr and iPhoto, I have a pretty good idea of what has happened over the past 12 months in stories and photos. My mom has also kept a pretty good record which I am looking forward to reading through and adding dates and events.
Other projects :
- I am anxious to get working on my 25 book. I've changed my mind and decided to stick with paper for this one and make a full size album.
- Yesterday, after sunshine and warm weather I realized I want to make another summer book this year. Hopefully I can get another kit together by the end of May. Something different from last year but similar idea.
- Last, I have a plan for a photo project with Paul. I have been looking through our photos together and aside from the engagement shoot it's just a lot of one arm outstretched photos. We've got a lot of years ahead of us and I would like some better photos. Jotting down a list of ideas for that.
By May/June when we actually settle in our new space I'll have these projects so mapped out it will be like deja vu putting them all together.
