housekeeping.

Just a few quick things :

+ This is the recipe I used for that amazing looking salad in Wednesday's post. We used frozen corn and just let it sit out on a plate for about half an hour before adding it to the mix. It kept everything nice and cool. Paul also transformed the dressing and added sugar + a million other things. He is all about the taste test, not following the recipe.

+ I have had a lot of requests to share the text on the cards I made for my bridesmaids' invites. If that interests you, I have added the text to the original post.

+ Lots of cool stuff in store for the blog next week. Results of my photo project plus a big shop update.

    Elise,
    You would not believe what i saw today. (In a tiny town in country Victoria, Australia, out to lunch on a friday afternoon) From the photos i have seen on your blog so far, it was an almost exact spitting image of Paul! I mean he had slightly darker hair (by about 12%) and looked a little tiny bit older but otherwise, i just had to giggle to myself! I was so impressed i was almost going to take a photo to email you.. but then i thought it might seem a bit weird considering the guy was about three foot away from me anyway..
    I just had to share that with you, i mean what are the odds of there being TWO men that gorgeous in the whole world??!!! Unfortunatly for (single) me, he was clearly married and had small children.
    Hehehehe it was the highlight of my day!! (thats a bit sad really…lol)
