WEEKENDQUOTEanais

some links for your weekend…

there is always room for you.

so many great career books I didn't know about.

beautiful painted portraits from artist, Elizabeth Mayville.

I am trying this to see if I can clear up some storage on my phone.

love that Amy turned her gorgeous watercolor quotes into downloadable prints.

this mug wins all the awards.

one of my favorite instagram feeds.

tips for finding cheap airline tickets.

it's early, but I think Santa will bring this sweet kit to my favorite two year old.

Into Thin Air becomes a movie.

watch this beautiful weaving video and feel relaxed.

Mindy Kaling on confidence (it's worth the pop-up ads to get to the article).

and from me…it was a pleasure to be a guest on this week's Around the Table podcast.

I back up my photos to Flickr because it maintains original file resolution. Not sure Google Photos does so. Check out the options to be sure you’re not just backing up optimized file sizes, unless you’re okay with that, then go for it haha

Oh man, that Mindy piece! SO MUCH YES. “Work hard, know your shit, show your shit, and then feel entitled.” I think Essentialism plays into this too, because you need to focus on one thing to really get damn good at it.

Jennifer Wilson at Simple Scrapper has done some great posts on digital photo organization. Love the Fairy House Kit. Added it to my 7 year old’s wish list. =)

A quilt is definitely on my craft to do list and this seems like a easy start to break into quilting.
