    I have seen you do various things before with other bloggers but I recently came across your podcast and I have to say I am in love. I have only come across a couple podcasts and didn’t even realize what it actually was until now. I work from home and have a 1 1/2 year old and make things I sell online and it works out really well for me. I love it actually but recently I have found it quite mundane and the constant need to grow has been stressful. Your podcast has revived me… I have already listened to everyone of them and I find them soooooo inspiring. I can’t wait for the next. I have these moments where it feels like someone understands or oh wow I didn’t know that. It’s definitely awesome that I can learn so much from your talks. Your doing an awesome job. After running out of podcasts from you I was thinking hmmmmm I wonder who she listens too… so I started looking through your blog for possible hints. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and insight into the creative world. 🙂

    Possible Etsy IPO is interesting . . . working in professional services where I see both private and public (including first-year public) companies, it can be a LOT of work to prepare for and continue to maintain business processes that are expected of public companies. The bar is raised and some companies are better than others at adapting to that change.

    I love these weekend snippets of randomness.
    I enjoyed reading the article “The Problem with Meaning” particularly when it mentioned “People leading meaningful lives experience a deeper sense of satisfaction.” and “It’s what you feel when you’re serving things beyond self.” Thanks for sharing.

    I’ve seen that article about meaning linked on a couple of blogs, and I’m confused. The author includes a lovely (in my view) quote on meaning and meaningfulness, then proceeds to bash this search for individual, personal meaning, favoring what he calls “real moral systems” instead. I’m curious, do you like the idea of finding and making your own meaning, or do you share the author’s apparent view that glorifying “meaningfulness” is “flabby and vaucous”?
