I'm doing a different sort of wrap up this year. I have shared a lot of photos & words over the past 12 months, but I have not shared a lot of numbers. Above is a collection of random facts that made up 2014 for the Cripe family. This was absurdly fun to pull together and bizarrely accurate. (Thank you gmail.)

And that's it from me on the blog in 2014. I wish you a wonderful end to this year and bright beginning to the next.

    Only 6 stuffed animals acquired???!!! Ellerie needs to have a talk with my daughter and get here to pare it down. We’re completely covered in stuffed cats and dogs (and one pig) over here!

    I absolutely LOVE this idea!! I will definitely save that for next year (or maybe somewhere in between because I really want to make sth like this!).
    The almost 10.000$ on postage made my jaw drop a bit, though!

    This is the cutest/coolest EVER!
    Ellerie is quite the little traveler already 😉
    And I remember when my ex was still on Active Duty there were (for him) so. many. haircuts. ALL THE TIME! And funnily enough, I have yet to get a haircut this year, either. Must be a mom thing!

    I used a similar format last year for my Christmas letter. I received lots of positive feedback from friends and family. I would like to take a similar approach a few years from now, to see how life has changed. All the best to the three of you in 2015!

    fun coffee fact: coffee trees produce about 1 pound of roasted beans per harvest (and in most places there’s one harvest per year) — so you can also say you’ve consumed 68 and a half coffee trees’ worth of beans!
