As part of my word WHOLE this year, I want celebrate the work of others by sharing links to my friends, possible friends and complete strangers who are doing great things on the Internet. This is some of the rad stuff I recently saw online…

love getting a glimpse into how people work in this Creative Q&A series.

…and here's another awesome maker interview.

this will be my next plant project.

the story of my life summed up on a tee shirt.

I've been seriously bit by the knitting bug again and am loving this sweater pattern.

how to make paper.

I tried this jewelry cleansing method and while it's nothing like having your stuff professionally polished, I was thrilled with the results.

stunning photo and type layout.

Staghorn ferns are awesome! In Florida folks hang their from thick ropes onto the giant limbs of trees, often ficus. I don’t know if it will be humid enough for you to keep yours outside in California year round, but they are pretty sweet plants.

Loved those t shirts. Bookmarked the shop. The highly educated sailor one cracked me up. The homemade paper intrigues me… Thanks for such awesome links every week. Something I’ve come to look forward to. Michelle t

    Great links!
The antler sweater has been on my to knit list since I first saw it. I’ve knitted a cardigan by the same designer before and I’m very happy with the fit and how it turned out. Let me know if you need any knitting advise if you end up knitting the sweater (which you definitely should because it would look awesome on you!!!)

Great links! We did the staghorn thing last year and they are growing beautifully! We just used fishing line and a staple gun. They are also super easy to care for. One of my favorite houseplants!

Ugh, Design*Sponge, I love their articles so much! …That tee shirt. Love. Jen’s made parchment paper before! I’d love to try these colored papers too! Having parchment, and homemade parchment at that, is so awesome.

That jewelry cleaning post looks interesting… I have some stuff that needs cleaning, so I might give this a try! The fern is cute, too 🙂
