Weekend5

As part of my word WHOLE this year, I want celebrate the work of others by sharing links to my friends, possible friends and complete strangers who are doing great things on the Internet. This is some of the rad stuff I recently saw online…

such a simple & modern DIY mobile.

thanks to Design*Sponge I found a few new Instagram accounts to crush on.

my parents got Paul a coffee subscription for Christmas and we love it.

love Summer's take on welcoming baby #2.

pretty sure I'll enjoy this craft book.

I related to this article and think the relationship advice shared is just fantastic.

how to cut a photo mat.

Little Pitterpat shoes were recommended to me after I complained about baby socks falling off all the time. We now have this pair and E wears them every day.

using fabric scraps to make a blanket border.

I'm not usually big on tons of colors in one project, but this cowl wins.

Random Share: I’ve been stalking your blog for a while as a regular reader and today, I was a bit bored and curious so I went back to the archive and randomly clicked on a month.
I got 2007 Elise on San Diego: “If we are lucky enough to end up back here for Paul’s residency, I promise, I will climb that palm tree.”
it cracked me up, knowing the future. And so I ask, where’s that palm tree climbing post?? J/k.

Great links! Those baby shoes are adorable. I have been following this DIY for years to make similar baby shoes out of all kinds of fabric. I make them for my kiddos and friends who have babies. Super simple project: http://prudentbaby.com/2010/01/baby-kid/diy-baby-shoes-recycled-from-old-jeans-2/
