There is much to be thankful for this first day of November.

Thank you for your podcast comments and suggestions! I am overwhelmed, but more inspired than I was to get going on this new venture. I will be sure to keep you posted. 

Thank you for your sweet words about Ellerie's Halloween costume. Somewhere between the day she was born and tying that flamingo hat around her chin, I realized that being a mama is very fun. It was so sweet to see her big grin in costume. It is awesome to watch her grow.

And finally, whether you've read the blog, shared a link, purchased a stamp or took an e-course thank you for your support this past year. I celebrated a business milestone this week that is going to allow me to invest back into this blog and my shop to create more inspring content and creative products. 2014 is going to be a good year.

Today (with the help of my parents – thank you, thank you Mom and Dad) I am setting up my booth at the Queen Bee Market in Oceanside. I'll be there with stamps, calendars and fun flair badges (they will be available for sale online through Scrapbook and More) from 4-9pm today and 9-3pm tomorrow. If you're local, I hope you'll come by and say hi.

    And always impressed with your wit, wisdom and tolerance. Your ability to answer annoying (repetitive, nosy) questions with grace and finality is spot-on.

    Sounds like the QBM went great! I ordered like a billion (not really) of your badges yesterday… So pumped for them! Also, I ordered your calendar last week (loved it) and really liked your sticker on the package – the one that says Craft On Long Live Handmade. Can I buy a couple of those? Would love to make it a magnet for my fridge and for my friend! P.S. Loved Ellerie’s flamingo costume !

    Just stumbled across your blog and now I’m a new follower. I just started selling a few stamp designs in my shop, not sure if I’m going to keep designing them, but I find you to be so up beat and down to earth. Such a great inspiration business wise and other wise. I’m so in need of your tips/advice. And can I say (why yes I can) that your daughter is super super cute!!
