I would love to teach a new and different online workshop later this spring. I have ran the blog design workshop a few times now (you can still sign up for that here) and after this last round, I am going to be ready for the next thing.

But I am stumped on what would be the best. Is there anything I blog about that you'd like to learn more about? Are there any classes you'd be interested in seeing from me? I am open to everything. My best workshops have been developed when I had not a clue where to start.

Feel free to email me (elise.blaha AT gmail.com) or leave a comment below. Thank you, thank you.

Heads up : I have already taught scrapbooking with non-traditional supplies, art journaling and minibooks in an online format. PDFs for all of these past classes can be purchased here.

How about Business design – from idea to branding development to business set-up (technical details), blogging for business, marketing and so on?

Hi Elise, I would love to learn more about the use of photos in scrapbooking/scrapbook design. I’ve really been admiring your new ‘project life’ scrapbook, but I feel like it would take me hours and hours to figure out how to work different sized photos in, etc. You might have already covered this somewhere else and I love the videos you make showing us how to do little tricks in PSE, but I would love to know more! 🙂

Something you do, that I don’t see often is screen printing. Adapted for use in scrapbook titles or teaching how to make hanging art. That would be cool.

You have such a unique voice and it really shows itself in the way you write. What about a workshop about something along those lines?

I like Kaytie’s idea–or just something involving more photography. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with! Your minibook class was fantastic, I would love to take another class!

the very first thing that came to my mind was business.. you seem to have your head wrapped around everything fairly well, and i’m absolutely interested in learning how you choose which products to sell, what you started out with, branding, buying wholesale etc… !!!!

I’m just impressed by the number of projects you juggle at one time. I think a lot of us could use some tips on how to brainstorm new projects, stick with old goals and stay motivated, especially when life gets in the way of crafting.

Elise, I think you particularly excel at the blogging + business idea (including leaving your day job, creating a brand, etc.). But I also am realizing that I really love reading your blog to hear about the story of your life (and Keryn is right about your writing). So maybe a workshop that is less of a how-to and more of an inspirational/creative exercises thing would be up your alley. You can be witty, interesting, and HONEST, which is perhaps what I appreciate most of all!

When I saw the picture in your post, I was like “wo-hoo, Elise is doing a minibook workshop with kit included! (for us lazy scrappers)”. I always love your art and craft projects. And I am certain that there are several art journalling techniques that you can come up with to share with your students.

I would like to see more of what you did with Kal and the GOventures– that was a great series!
Also, something along the lines of the Daily Card– I missed out on seeing that, since I became a follower after you took that blog down. Maybe even an idea for a blog post– another one about what you did, why you did it, and tips for someone who wanted to do something similar?

I love what everyone else has suggested so far, especially Rose above! I think my suggestion would be something along the writing/blogging line. How you choose what to write about, how you fill your calendar with posts, how far ahead you are thinking…

Hey Elise, I love when people mix old (vintage) things in with new. Also I use to use photoshop elements 2 until my old computer died. Now I have pse 9 and hate it! It would be awesome if you have a class that could make elements more tolerable. Also, I was wondering if you will be offering a valentine mini book in your shop? thanks for sharing what you do, darla

hi Darla – I am pretty sure they were the 16inch legs. I would just measure your current coffee table to figure out the height you want. 🙂

I’d love to see you teach a class on starting and growing your own small craft/blogging business (with lots of info on etsy). I’m curous as to how you do it.

Photoshop gets my vote. I picked up a lot of tips when I took your blog class and I would love to learn more. I would also be interested in a class on making & editing videos but I have a PC, not a Mac.

I would love to learn more about your blogging process. About how you plan your posts and also about your inspiration. How do you deal with self-doubt? One of the reasons I find your blog so inspiring is because you started it when you were in college (which I am in college). I would love to know how you developed it from the start and how you have adapted it to change along with you.

Hi Elise, I really loved your Get Crafty class a few years back and still use some of those ideas today! Maybe something along those lines where you share a few different ideas for making things?

I took your mini book class and loved it! It was awesome. One thing I have been meaning to learn is how to knit. Not sure if its really a “class” idea or a just a blog post idea but just thought I would throw it out there. I have tried looking at you tube on videos but you can really explain things and I get it once you explain it. (love the blanket your working on via twitter)

I would buy a workshop on starting a small business. Not even a crafty etsy business, just turn what you love into money. How do you know what to charge, how do you market, how do you come up with a name, branding, etc.
Another idea — creativity jump starts in general. You do a variety of things – new shop products, mini books, PSE, knitting, decorating, baking, etc. Something like Daily Creativity with little exercises to go out and do this or document that and then make this with that sort of thing. that could be fun.
