Love your “playing with paint” it is so joyful! I was so excited to receive the Christmas mini-book this week. I am going on a women’s retreat this weekend and I get to lead the craft/reflection time. I have made mini-book kits for each of the women! Thanks for the inspiration, Elise!!!

If you are one to address your Xmas cards by pen, what is your favorite pen to use? I have my stack of envelopes ready to go and want to address them in a thicker black pen—one that is fun to write with and wondered what you would use?
Thanks so much! off to target I go to see if I can find those darling slippers! you are an inspiration.LikeLike

I would totally use a Sharpie fine point. They give me the best handwriting. If the envelopes are white, I would use red. 🙂

Red cups are my favorite. A few years back (maybe 5 or 6) they printed the sleeves with cute little holiday sayings. My college roommate and I collected a bunch of them and hung them up. I wish they would do that again – they’d be fun to stick in the holiday mini book.

Oh thank you! I just realized the difference between fine point and ultra fine point. I have both.
I love writing with fine point Sharpies and ultra fine point not so much.
I would love writing my lists and on my planner with my fine point.
What paper is good for lists like grocery lists that the fine point does not bleed thru?LikeLike

Now I am not dreading the addressing of my Xmas envelopes!
It is the small things in life that bring me pleasure like using the “right” pen!
thank you.LikeLike

I just use whatever paper is on hand and often it bleeds through.
