My Grandma Bev passed away last night.

She lived a full, but sometimes difficult life. Before her mid-thirties, she had lost two husbands and then she raised five children on her own for the next almost 50 years. I am comforted that it was with all of these children that she finally let go. I am comforted that surely her past husbands and so many other loved ones were waiting, excited to welcome her into heaven. I am comforted that she has found peace.

    i lost both of my grandmothers 3 weeks apart a little over a month ago, and, honestly, knowing that they are now both living infinitely better lives than their earthly ones brings tremendous comfort. all the love and comfort to you and your family as well. you will see her again.
