Go Elise!! I do the “keep your feet moving” thing too. It’s all I think about towards the end of a run. Though I’m not quite as crazy-awesome as you Elise. I’m repeating that phrase in my head at about 2 miles. I can not even imagine 13.1, but maybe someday!
