When Paul and I first moved in together, he was keeping his loose change in a pile on the counter. One of the first things I remember buying was a pink ceramic piggy bank at Target for him to start piling change into. It took four years (keeping in mind we raided it for parking quarters often) but it finally filled up.
And I decided it was time to fancy up the pig.
I had copper leafing supplies left over from this January art project so that's what I used to decorate him. Simple enough and maybe it's just me, but I like him so much better in metallic.
