I should never underestimate the power of rolling out and shaping bread dough.
It's basically a cardio workout with some therapy thrown in.

Elise, do you see any new camera tutorials using your XSI? I have this same camera so I am looking forward to hearing your tips and tricks. Maybe a new class idea?

Those look so good. This reminds me of one of my favorite food quotes from female food writer MFK Fisher:
“[Breadbaking is] one of those almost hypnotic businesses, like a dance from some ancient ceremony. It leaves you filled with peace in a house filled with one of the world’s sweetest smells. But it takes a lot of time. Once you find that, the rest is easy. If you cannot rightly find it, make it. There is no chiropractic treatment, no Yoga exercise, no hour of meditation in a music-throbbing chapel, that will leave you emptier of bad thoughts than this homely ceremony of making bread.”
I’m thinking next week I should finally tackle some bread baking…

thank you! from my favorite book ever : http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?lt1=_blankbc1=000000IS2=1bg1=FFFFFFfc1=000000lc1=0000FFt=elisblahenjoi-20o=1p=8l=as1m=amazonf=ifrmd=10FE9736YVPPT7A0FBG2asins=1580089984 : but really any bread recipe online would work. Just roll into a 10 inch snake, tie into a knot and wrap the ends around again.
