Lovebaggu

These baggu bags are my favorite plastic or paper alternative. So many colors. A few different sizes. And they fold up into a neat little pouch.

I saw a tutorial once about how to make shopping bags out of old t-shirts. The tutorial I shared below isn’t the one I saw, but it serves the same purpose. Cut out the neck, cut off the arms, sew the bottom and you’re good to go! I made a couple, added some ruffles and rosettes and I always get comments on them! Only drawback is you can’t carry super heavy items in them – save the heavy stuff for your cute bags!

a couple of years ago, my mom got us a set of these for Christmas…and I have to say, it was one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. I keep thinking it would be a great wedding shower gift, but haven’t yet gotten on the ball to actually order them.

I also love these bags! I bought mine back when they only carried 10 colors. I get compliments on them all the time – mostly how they have the T-ed bottoms so that anything placed inside lies flat.
