Played around with centerpiece displays last night. Today I'm making the bouquets (not adding ribbon, just wrapping with wire.) The centerpieces are going to take less flowers than I originally thought because the blooms are so huge. This means we'll get GIANT bouquets. I'm so excited.

Other plans for today : prep the house for my girls who come into town tomorrow and dum, dum, dum, spray tan. I did a practice round before my bachelorette party and loved it. I joke that I'll be the only person who goes on a tropical honeymoon and comes home paler than when they left. HA.

Happy face, good stuff all around. THREE DAYS!

    E, I think it’s so funny how I’ve never met you and yet I’m totally hooked on following your wedding to completion!     I went on a tropical honeymoon and came home paler than when I left – I was so paranoid about burning that I went a little overboard with the sunscreen. The centerpieces are beautiful 🙂

    The orange is fabulous. I thought about you and your flowers this morning. NPR had a story about how the Iceland volcano ash shutting down the airlines in Europe has played havoc with the flower industry. It seems you may be born under a lucky star to have your flowers!
