I am happy to have something to show for the past few days but annoyed that today is yet another hide out day. Our metro system isn't working above ground yet which means I can't get into Georgetown for work. I am hoping they dig it out by Saturday or I'll have to change my name to Stir Crazy Blaha.

Also hoping the mail comes today with a few paper deliveries so I can finish up a few projects around here. I'm heading home to California next Wednesday to spend a week in Sacramento for my bridal shower and birthday. Am so looking forward to it. At this rate, there will be knitted gifts for everyone.

    I wish I knew how to knit. Yours looks incredibly warm & cozy, perfect for the East Coast Snow Storm. I’m also stuck at home for another day but I’m glad the sun is up & melting away the 19″ of snow.

    I know the pain of many days at home. Great job with the knitting. Luckily my job has outfitted us with laptops and I get to mentally go to work. (No love at all for the DC Metro system right now.)

    oooo love it!! truly, I don’t know how you do it… I went ape sh*t and went for a 5 mile walk… I think I’d end up running into the walls inside. You= my idol. 😉 although I’d get a ton of painting in… which would be amazing! Xx
