I spent some time this morning looking back through my iPhoto to remember what went on this past year. For every one "good" photo there are 35 bad ones. I am so grateful for digital cameras this morning AND so inspired to focus on improving my photo skills next year.
But here's the "best awards" of the first half of 2009.
Such a random assortment of photos, but these are what jumped out. Proof that the little things really are the big things.
EDITED : The best meal? It's our weekly fave. Just nachos…but so good. We layer multi-grain tortilla chips (not so much healthy as fantastic), cooked chicken, tomatoes, red pepper, onions and a half can of drained black olives. On top of it all goes some shredded cheddar and sometimes jack or whatever else we have on hand. We always add sour cream and when avocados are on sale, homemade guacamole.
