just perfect.

IMG_2885 I am having the hardest time settling into a grove while staying in California. It's difficult to get "work" done and feel like progress is being made on any of my to do lists. It's also beyond frustrating to not have my printer or my coffee maker to help get me through the day.

IMG_2889 But even so, it is nice to be with my fam and soaking up California air. And I did manage to get some wedding stuff accomplished yesterday. Our wedding website is nearly complete save a few minor additions. That feels good. I am also working on the save the dates and drew orange flowers on 107 envelopes. I am a big believer in a decorated envelope and the flowers seemed to fit the bill. I ordered the crazy popular king and queen love stamps and they are even more perfect in real life.

Small steps. I am taking small productive steps.

    i’m in LOVE with the hand-drawn flowers! decorated envelopes are definitely a fun little thing to do – i may have to sneak that idea in with the baby shower invites i’m sending out for a shower i’m hosting soon!

    The envelopes are beautiful – I love doing special things on envelopes too and I just pretend that the recipients notice and love it too. If they don’t I don’t want to know about it!! Love the stamps . . . you rock.

    I love those king & queen stamps. Someone sent something to me with them on there and I had to cut them out.. will probably use in scrapbook or something. Perfect for invitations though!

    dude! yeah-those stamps are nothing more than awesome! I got married in August and those stamps weren’t out yet, however, when i sent out my thank you cards, I was able to get those stamps from the post office! LOVE them! they matched my wedding colors amazingly!
