enJOY it

IMG_2148 IMG_2151 IMG_2152 It's quite likely that even after we move I will still be re-arranging this wall in my head. I had to start from scratch today in order to add our new Ork poster. It's 11×17 and instead of having a custom photo mat cut, I just mounted it on a piece of $.49 posterboard and stuck it in an 18×24 inch frame. And then for more balance I printed out an ampersand on kraft paper. Because 1) I love ampersands and 2) I am pretty sure Pottery Barn does it all the time.

looks fabulous, Elise! (also, I’m digging the ampersand but that might be because of my obsession with all things Pottery Barn…)

Hey Elise, Holler at me sometime. I want a custom letter press piece from you, if you can work it in some time. Let me know, Hugs Mandy

I have been working on my “wall” forever. I laugh everytime you post about yours because I do the exact same things. If you want awesome inspiration, check out Made By Girl’s art wall. A little intimidating but awesome nonetheless.
Really excited about your next class.

looks fab! and I’m all about the ampersand. In fact, I have one of those giant metal ones from PB and I LOVE it!

oh man, see, I’m worried when I start doing all these wall of frames in my home that I will have holes everywhere rearranging. 🙂 For the one in my entryway, I arranged them all on the floor first, hung them, and thought I will keep adding to them, like Elise is doing. But now, I know it won’t look right if I add to it, and heaven forbid I have holes all over my wall!! ha

LOVE the wall!! I’ve been wanting to do one myself for awhile and haven’t started planning anything just yet. Great idea with the framed ampersand too! I might have to try that one 🙂
