This morning I woke up, hopped in the shower and then did something that for the past three months I never thought I would do again – I put on a sweatshirt to eat my cereal. Gasp. NORMALLY, after my shower, I pour ice cold water over my head and then climb into the freezer. This is how hot it has been here.
But fall is coming. I am quite nervous for the return of the cold, but also quite ready for a bit of a change.

Oh, yes! I completely agree with the entire first paragraph, but for me the first sign was SOCKS. I have not worn socks except to the gym for months and months and months. I was ready to throw out my whole drawer because it did feel like I would never again wear them! 🙂
I have always loved fall but I REALLY love fall in Northern Virginia because it is the end of SUMMER. 🙂 Can’t wait for sweater weather! 🙂

Well, I’m a bit worried about the cold coming this year…! I just moved from Arizona to Illinois. I’ve been warned about scary winters here!

I have to say that FALL is my favorite and I don’t think winter is that bad either. Maybe it is just because of the change…. I am not sure but that is one of the best parts about living in Michigan. We have 4 complete seasons.
