magic monday.

Mom got her first digital camera for Mother’s Day yesterday. The photo on the right is one that she took, three thousand miles away, of what appears to be the same family I captured on Saturday. Which would explain why I have not seen them in a few days.

I feel like a very proud parent, looking at one of Mom’s first photos.

Today is MONDAY. GO DAY. An absolutely wonderful day for the rain to stop and not return until next winter. (Although the above photos prove the rain is doing wonderful things for the grass in Maryland.) An absolutely wonderful day to check out the new Poppytalk Handmade Market and the second Lines & Shapes book.

    Just wanted to let you know that I think I saw this same little family passing through South Carolina on Saturday! I swear, it looks just like the family I saw Saturday!! Same little babies and everything!!! (boy, I bet they’re tired)
