(inspired by Marta.)
I am a big fan of the big bag. I like to feel like in case of an emergency my bag could be a flotation device. Or a provider of Sharpies in a national crisis.
I need a big bag because I am a collector of stuff. Freebies. Like coasters, business cards, napkins, flyers and postcards. Basically anything paper and not nailed down. Just in case. In case I decided to make something. Or want to wall paper my house in text.
And I am one of those people that likes to dig frantically through my bag looking for my keys and shouting, "I LOST MY KEYS!" and then continuing to thrash my arm around a little more and before sighing and unearthing them proudly. Who doesn’t like that sense of accomplishment?
Near the top right is my new and exciting Blackberry Pearl that I battled played with all yesterday and finally think I figured out. It is quite interesting having the internet at my fingertips AT ALL TIMES. I may need to weekly evaluate my relationship with this thing.
You may be wondering the contents of that green and white little number. And that my friends, is my pride and joy. A dear friend.
Beautiful, isn’t it? Sharpies, other exciting pens, a journal, a parking ticket dealio with a helpful reminder of LEVEL 5 scrawled on it, small notes (also inspired by Marta) to give, a jewel that fell off of a cheap pair of shoes and of course, a bobby pin. This pouch is the peanut butter to the bread that is my bag.
Good stuff.
