So seriously, Paul and I are not getting a dog. It is just not in the cards. As we both have work/not enough patience to train anything but ourselves. Someday. Perhaps when we have a backyard.

But we seriously do have cupcakes nearly every night for dessert. Because I am a big fan of the baking and an even bigger fan of the muffin tin.

Today’s cupcake creation came all the way from California for my birthday (thank you Steph!) and you can buy your own at William Sonoma. They are good. Really good.

And if you are thinking about replacing all of your meals with Cupcakes, and therefore need a lower cal option, here is a great EJB Kitchen approved recipe. Turns out marshmellow fluff is good for something.
