tuesday evening.

Chili

It is a widely stated fact that Paul is the main cook in our house. Some days, I get to be the Sous Chef, while others I just get in the way. We both do not lose any sleep over this arrangement.

However, I am the master supreme maker of Chili. Which if we are being honest with ourselves is just glorified spaghetti sauce, BUT STILL, it tastes fantastic and has this way of warming you up.

We had it tonight for dinner. With cornbread muffins from Whole Foods.

Thanks for the comments about Twilight. Glad to hear it has been enjoyed by others. And, YES, it is about a vampire. But NO, it is not scary. It is lovely. Very lovely indeed.

    It’s funny, i too, just picked up a copy of Twilight this week! the reviews circling about the blogs have been tremendous! seems i’m really the last to hop on board! lol! better late than never!

    that chili does indeed look delicious. since you are health conscious and all, i have this excellent all veggie chili that is really healthy and you hardly tell that it’s meatless. let me know if you are interested in it!
