A random act of kindness got me out of a tough spot tonight. I want to pass it on.
Leave a comment about something you are thankful for by midnight tomorrow night. I will draw names and the winner receives a Cool Present from me. I do not know what the Cool Present is yet. It will be catered to the winner. For example, if you are a scrapbooker, you get Paper Source goods. If you are one of my SC girls, you get a bottle of Jack. That sort of thing.

i am thankful for being able to move. To walk and to do normal everyday things without pain. This is a huge huge huge blessing

I am thankful for your blog…because it gets me out of some really bad jams when I am in a work rut… (I need to NOT look at numbers sometimes… I am a creative, not an analyzer)…. p.s. I work for jack in the box, which i know you don’t have… does that get me any brownie points or did i just screw myself?

My nephew was just recently tested for autism….I am thankful that he checked out okay.

I am thankful for my boy with his freckles who loves the Red Sox and in his 9-year old life they have one 2 World Series, and I am thankful for my dancing girl, who has been twirling and dancing since the day she was born and who, at 11, still calls me mama. Now I have tears in my eyes!!

I’m thankful for SO MANY things it’s hard to pick one ~ but right this minute I’m thankful for a warm cup of chai to drink & a few minutes to look through some of my favorite blogs!

i’m thankful for days off when i can catch up…on scrapping, on reading, on homework, on cleaning

I’m thankful for my family and how blessed we are to live so comfortably (compared to so many people around the world).
As for a random act of kindness type of thankfulness. The most memories of that come from Hurricane Katrina. Many of my family and friends were deeply affected by the storm. During that time so many strangers reached out to them and helped them, even if it was just with words of support. It was pretty amazing.
I’m scrappy. 😉

I’m thankful for the internet.. for if we didn’t have it.. I wouldn’t see your blog everyday, and I wouldn’t be writing to you currently, and I wouldn’t be inspired by you. Heck I wouldn’t know you. I’m thankful everyday. THANKS for writing!

I am thankful for a beautiful and bright (and extremely funny) daughter who turned 16 on Halloween and asked for us to take her shopping and to have dinner with her family INSTEAD of buy her a car…
