enJOY it

an archived personal and craft blog from Elise Blaha Cripe.

Anne Frank that is.

We visited her house today. I am so impressed and amazed by the profound thought that came from that little girl. Her words were everywhere. So inspired. And so inspiring. I am glad we were able to see that part of history.

This whole city is photo-tastic. Between the bikes and the tulips and the Heineken signs and the flea markets, I am going a little crazy. "The Elise Blaha Craft Museum" may turn into "The Photography Chronicles of Europe." And most of the pictures will be of the number 22. Or pretty patterned wallpaper. Or this really big box of scissors. Maybe.

But I have no way of uploading the photos so all in good time, my dears. Tomorrow we blast out of here and into Prague. I am determined to find a real life Blaha. And ask them to be my penpal.

Dude, I’ve been to all these fabulous places but I feel I’m there again when you describe them. Isn’t Anne Frank just wonderful? Did you go to the bagel shop right outside of the house? GO! It is to die for!
