2013c

I about fell out of my chair when I saw Liz Kartchner's poster calendar a few weeks ago. THIS was surely the calendar I needed for 2013 (in addition to my Stendig, vegetable garden & moleskin color a month planners).

2013

It's a download from Paislee Press and all you have to do is drop in your photos (I used PSE) and print (I used Persnickety Prints for the great 16×20 size). I had much more fun than I should have picking photos to represent each month. I wanted them to appropriately fit with the season but not be TOO theme-y (hence no pumpkin or Christmas tree photos). I also wanted it to be gender neutral so Paul would like it too. (I may print one slightly smaller and laminate it for him to take on deployment.)

2013b

About half the images were from my iPhone and the other were from my big camera. I love the mix and the layout and am so excited to bring some of my favorite memories from 2012 with us into 2013. I know this is going to be a yearly tradition (maybe I'll just keep them in frames forever…).

way cool! I really need to be more thoughtful about using instagram/my iphone in awesome ways. Sometimes I take a photo for the sake of posting something.
Anyhow, what I really came to say was I have a *susyjack calendar that’s been on my living room wall for three years now. love it! Unfortunately it will probably need to retire when we move and house lookers will probably think I’m crazy. oh well, it’s sooo pretty and graphic and colorful.

This is adorable. I’m kind of a calendar junkie. I have the moleskin calendar too, and the city calendar (same company as your garden calendar). I now have 5 for 2013. Perhaps 6 is in order? 1 for each person in the family? Wow, I need help.

I also love this wreath idea – stamped flowers and feathers. I bet there’s a way to Christmas this up.

I used the Paisley Press 5×7 ones last year to make monthly calendars for both of my Nan’s. Even the little ones turned out really cute! I love how clean and simple the style is for her calendar products!
If you don’t mind me asking, how much did the printing actually cost for that size?

Little ones would be perfect gifts!! It was $20 for the 16×20 plus $5 shipping. 🙂

LOVE IT! Question though, is it the calendar journalling cards from the shop or is there a calandar that you added the photos to? I’m a bit confused but would love to make one!

I am so in love with this idea! So you just download the calendar template, inserted your instagram photos, and then printed it on you printer? If so how were you able to print such a large template?

I used a bunch of pictures, not just instagram and used photoshop elements to drop them in. And I printed through persnickety prints, not at home. 🙂
