40loaves

Bread no. 28 : rosemary olive oil bread

Adjustments : nothing – though I ended up adding a lot of extra flour to get the right consistency and I cooked this on a regular baking tray, not a stone because we didn't have one at my parent's house.

Notes : this was our Thanksgiving day bread and so easy and fun to make.

Review : tasted great with a bit of butter, and like all leftovers, it was almost better the second day.

I’m new here….and omg this sounds like a fun challenge. I love bread, but don’t imagine making 40 loaves would be good for my waistline as I would eat most of it and share little. 🙂

This reminds me of a rosemary flatbread I made a few weeks ago. Looks incredible!

I saw this bread on Pinterest and keep meaning to make it! It seems like it would be great dipped in some olive oil 🙂
