I love the colours & patterns you’ve picked — it’s looking brilliant!
Have you quilted before? I’ve tried and always get hung up on not being able to match the seams perfectly, I’d never made the leap that you could actually make that part of the design! I might try again this weekend…LikeLike

Wow! When you get stuck into a project you really do get stuck in! I love the colours and pattern, you have a fantastic eye for mis-matched coordination! You’ve inspired me to dig out my fabric scraps to see what masterpiece I can create!
Cannot wait to see the finished piece!LikeLike

WOW! Incredible progress already. I think you just gave me the little bit of a nudge I need to go work on my first quilt.

Love the fabrics you chose! My goal this year is to make a quilt (but I should probably learn to sew first!)

I have never made a quilt before. But I am doing it without measuring or trying to match up… well see how it looks at the end!

I have a stack of fabric that I’ll eventually piece and quilt, but I’ve been putting it off. Your sewn strips make me want to drop everything and start RIGHT NOW.

so are you making a quilt now or still a duvet cover? looks good! i like that you are embracing NOT matching the squares up, that can be a big pain (and lots of pinning)!!

Looks great! Brilliant that you’re not lining up the rows of squares! Do you have a pattern of putting the different prints together? Or is it random?
