Paul's family came to San Diego a weekend ago and we welcomed them to Little Italy with an Italian meal. I made focaccia bread (totally worth the excessive olive oil) and caprese salads and Paul fixed up chicken and pesto with fresh pasta.

We almost rivaled some of the fancy restaurants in our little neighborhood.

    you know those glass candlesticks you wanted … you can pick up some more to go with them at ikea … they’re only 49 cents/each!
