Shehejune

They both cut their fingers on their new kitchen knives this month.

That was lame.

But they also finally made it to the beach.

So that's not lame.

He's really back to work. And his first day of his first rotation was a 16 hour shift.

Yikes.

She's back to work as well. And busy, busy, busy.

They started grinding their own coffee beans. Which is a really little thing that makes a big difference.

They are sticking to the plan of no dinners out for the whole month of June.

It's been pretty rad for their cookbooks.

But pretty sad for their overworked dishwasher.

Life is good for E & P.

San Diego is a dream come true.

the thing about the coffee made my day. the aroma from coffee totally disappears after minutes, and that’s half the joy of coffee. (i’m going to stop being a nerd now)

Love these posts about your hubby–my oldest was married in Feb, graduated from med school in May, drove across country (they went to Boston from LA) and she and her hubby both started rotations this week.

So, I have a question that is totally unrelated (but I did enjoy the post!). Are you going to have people/small businesses advertise on your blog again? If you are, I might be interested. Thanks! 🙂

If you ever decide to get a new coffe pot with a built in grinder, I recommend the Cuisinart Grind and Brew. There are a lot of parts to wash, but the coffee makes it so worth it 🙂 My husband and I have been using it for three years, and we love it.
