As I was making books for today's update, I realized I had never made something with one of my mixed books. I decided to fill one up this past weekend. I used the exact book from the update and added a few extra pieces of ribbon and some circle and rectangle labels from Paper Source. The only added pages are a calendar page and a few 4×6 mounted back to back photos. I used a black pen throughout the book and staples and a tape runner for the adhesive. That really cool award tag is from Nice Package. The orange frame tag is from Sycamore Street Press.

    What a cool book – I definitely need to do something like this – might get me back in the crafty spirit which has been missing a bit these last couple of weeks.
    Something I LOVE right now are my sparkly shoes that I bought back from the UK in August – http://www.next.co.uk/shopping/women/shoesandboots/54/7 I’ve been wearing them all year but they seem festive at this time of year!

    Your little books are so inspiring…I started to buy some supplies with the hopes of putting some together from trips I’ve taken, but haven’t gotten around to them yet. Now that I’m teaching full-time, I’m thinking of spending a vacation making at least one book.
