For 10 months, while I was 22, I kept a blog called "The Daily Card". Each day I decorated a playing card and posted them here. I am closing the blog now in order to make room for some new projects I have planned.

The cards are currently in organized by color in baseball card protectors and stored in an American Crafts album.IMG_2134

I hadn’t discovered these. They are so cool. I totally derailed my morning – I looked at one and got hooked and had to look at all of them. They make me want to roll up my sleeves and get all painty this morning. Bummer it came to an end – right when I discovered this eye-candy!

They look awesome all together! I may consider this as my creativity, and desire to scrapbook, has been at an all time low. A page seems overwhelming. A card, not so much.

I agree, they look very cool in the album like that. And it’s cool to see the “phases” you went through.

I stopped after about 4 months! It drove me nuts in the end and became more like a chore to me… so I stopped. But I do love the fact that I have them to look back on! 😀

How lovely! This would be a lovely thing to try – maybe not under pressure to do one every day, but the size is so unintimidating and it would be satisfying to gradually fill an album as you have done.

I really love this idea. I am always trying to keep creativity a priority every day, but often times it ends up on the back burner when life intervenes. With the new year starting, this seems like the perfect way to keep it alive every day and look back at the end of the year. Thanks for sharing! 😀
