Sweet MAGIC it's February! My birthday month and my favorite month. To celebrate, I am hosting a giveaway. It's called "These Are My Favorite (Pink, Purple, Red & Blue) Flat Things That Will Fit In A 9×12 Envelope." Because HEY! I hate paying a lot for shipping but I love to give away stuff.
Inside the thick envelope there will be: pretty & hard to find papers, my 2nd favorite Tiny Art Print by KAL (my first favorite is hanging on my wall in original form), discontinued Paper Source labels (gasp! – These are worth AT LEAST $2 each!!), letterpress prints & cards and other cool paper goods.
To enter, leave a comment telling me what you would like to see more of on this blog. If you can't think of anything, just leave your name and that will count too. Internationals, PLAY ALONG! I promise I will ship the envelope outside the US if you win. Giveaway will close Monday night and I will announce a winner on Tuesday.
Hooray! And go FOOTBALL! It's February AND Super Bowl Sunday!
p.s. There are still valentines for sale! You're favorite lover and/or friend will be so touched.

Happy Birthday Month, Elise! Glad to see I’m not the only one who celebrates that! Wow, that is a fabulous giveaway. I LOVE Kal! I would love to see some fun Valentine decorations/crafts. I’ve been trying to think of a thing or two to do for a little love around my apartment and my thoughts have been, “What is Elise doing?”.

oh this is so exciting! Two for one.. a Kal and Elise collaboration?! I’m seriously hoping that February is my lucky month!
I absolutely love your blog. I love the look, the pictures, the words. It’s all just visual goodness, and an everyday visit. I’m often sad when I don’t see something displayed.. but I do realize that posting must take some time.. especially coming up with something new everyday! I know.. because I’ve tried.. I’ve tried to make a blog.. but it doesn’t look nearly as stylish as yours OR Kal’s blogs.. and then I just shutter.. and think.. I can’t do this. But I digress. I would love to see more of your pictures.. everyday life.. I love that you have been photographing your outfits on Flicker! Who knew.. you have AMAZING style! Super chic. I think it was awesome when you detailed your everyday things.. that was cool. I also adore your insane trendy way. And where do you find all of these amazing sites?! You come up with the coolest stuff EVER. I wouldn’t even know where to being to look for some of the stuff you come up with.. ie. the nose & mouth cups?! Like what?!?! So crazy. So fun! Oh! And how the HECK do you use bloglines?!?! I see you write about it all the time.. I’ve been there.. I’m a member.. but clearly I’m just not as.. computer savvy as I’d like to think.. because I can’t navigate that site to save my life.. 😦
I have a ton of your letterpressed prints and I love the inspirational words. And how did you get into that? How did you find that in your town!?
Pretty much.. (am I going to run out of space?) I love anything and everything you do. You’re video blogs were so fun! Your photos are eye candy. Your daily cards, I love and miss dearly. Your paper adventure, awesome stuff (do we get to see your final product?).. Your scrapbook pages are amazing.. so crafty. I love when you let us see your crazy craft space. So cool. You’ve done so much with this blog.. and it’s all just completely spot on stellar.
What do your actual “albums” look like. I’d love a sneak peak at that..
Well I’ve said a boat load. But thank you for writing and letting us in. : )
P.s. You should pick me for consuming the most of your time.. It must have taken more then two minutes to read this.. LOL!

I have been reading your blog for ever, okay a really long time, and I love all your crafty adventures. It is a;; beautiful art eye candy.
But, it’s just you that keeps me coming back.
You crack me up some days, make me reflect other days, some days I am envious. (Hello! Hawaii!)
Truth is we are nothing alike. LOL!
I am 38, married for 18 years, I have 2 kids. I’m not a wine drinker, but I love good beer. I definitely do not have girlfriend weekends, nor have I ever been to Hawaii, California, or NYC.
But in my mind, I have.
Because in some sick sort of way that can only happen via internet and people who live many miles away, and don’t really know each other…
I live vicariously through you.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not miserable with my life. I love my life. But I think inside everyone is always that little thought, “I wonder what it would be like…”
That’s what I love about blogs and the net.
So what do I want to see more of, nothing in particular. I pretty much dig you and your blog how it is.
So now that I have written a small novel, I’ll just say Thanks for the awesome opportunity to win your giveaway.

Hi, Elise – happy February! I enjoy your blog because you share so many different things – photos, crafts, mini-books, stories – that give me a picture of what it might be like to be in your early 20’s, in love, living far from home, making your way. I wouldn’t ask you to change anything about that, but I do like the restyled side bars!
