So we are cat sitting.

Two little teenage felines.

Paul has always owned cats but this is a first for me. I feel a bit like the paparazzi chasing them around the house. It is so exciting to have something mobile to photograph although I think my plates and foodstuffs are slightly jealous.

When I am not trying to take pictures of them I am shouting out their behavior to Paul. Turns out Paul really does not care that they are jumping in the bathtub. Apparently, that is what cats do.

Regardless, these dudes are here for a week and a half. I expect to have them fully trained in Gluestick 101 by then.

My cat is sitting on my table. She was just biting the neck of a bottle of a beer as she often does. Apparently that is also what cats do. Your new friends are adorable – also I feel a little like paparazzi commenting on your blog after seeing you like two hours ago 🙂
Frozen yogurt was delish, tangysweet at 21st and P street. Get pomegranate!

I just have to warn you that they’ll have you trained at the end of their first week with you…cats have a mind of their own. But they are fun housemates.

They are adorable and I’m sure they will love laying on your stacks of paper – that’s what mine do. 🙂

If you and Paul decide you want to become permenant cat owners, I have two that would love to have you. 🙂
I know that sounds awful, but sadly I am looking for a good home for my two, Riley and Molly. There are a plethora of cats and kittens here in Nashville this summer that need adopting and that’s why I have been unable to find a home for my two.
I’m trying to find them a forever home before I move in mid July.
    So, ya know…just saying…. 😉

This is my first post here on your blog, but the pics of the cats were just too cute! Enjoy your time with them, they will have you trained way before you train them;)

I ditto the paperstacks – that seems to be the reason for cat living. But how fun they are to have around. Nice post!

1: did the cat jump in the bathtub when you were in? happened to me once, our cat wanted to jump on the side of the tub but slid and splashed in, right on top of me. She didn’t like the water but man was she purring when I rubbed her dry 😉
2: if you say you expect cats to be trained you definately are not used to having cats around. They will probably have YOU trained to tend to their needs within no time 😉
