Paul drove me to the metro this morning. Saving me from dragons having to find a parking spot and exorbitant parking fees. This meant I made it into Georgetown 45 minutes before my shift started. So I wandered. And by wandered, I mean drooled on expensive bedding at Anthropologie. I almost broke down and bought a bedskirt for $62 but then realized that not only did it not match in color or size, but also that the purchase would completely cancel out my saved parking fee (and a decent portion of my first paycheck).

A-ha! Shopping victory. My knight is proud.
