how do they find me?

I was so good today.

Lots of finals studying. Minimal web surfing. Absolutely no browsing of websites that contain beautiful things for my so-far-non-existent future/apartment/life.

And then, after dinner, before I started Round Two of Pass-Econ-Final-Studying, I get this in my inbox:

Everything about this ad is cool. And I do not even remember going to inhabitliving.com in the history of my life. But of course I will now. And I will even fill my digital shopping cart with $100 worth of pretty things. And then I will rationalize with myself that I would actually be saving $20 if I pressed "checkout". And then I will come to my senses and make a mental note to return to the website when I have money/plans.

Lol. Is it bad that I go through this same exact process with this same exact magazine (and any other magazine with similar prettiness)?
But hey, atleast we are able to stop ourselves from going through with it… this is how I rationalize it to myself, and I’m sticking to it.
