Phone interview with GAP Inc. this morning.

First time I have interviewed since I became an interviewer at Target over the summer.  I was so prepared.  Ready for all the questions.

And then my interviewer started to ask the questions.  And I remembered that interviewing is not about being ready to deliver the "right answers."  It is about being ready to be honest with the recruiter.  I want a job that is the right fit.  Which means if I am worried about saying the wrong thing, I am not the person for the position.

So I thought about my answers.  And said what I thought.  And got a second interview.

I fly to San Fran within the next couple weeks.

And the black and white does not convey my excitement.  So:
