Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.  – Theodore Roosevelt

Considering getting this tattooed on my forehead.  Backwards.  So when I look in the mirror I can read it.  And I will also carry a mirror around so then I can always look at it.  Or I might just write it on a piece of paper and stick it in my pocket.  Something like that.

Yesterday was a tough day at work.  Big leadership day.  Big challenge.  Big.  Learning to probe for answers.  To understand processes and efficiency.  To gain respect.  So difficult to come into a new position.  To not know the ropes.  To try to encourage others when I need encouragement myself.  This job is going to make me a different person.  Hopefully in a very good way.

So grateful this morning to have some time to regroup.  Went to yoga.  Listened to The Fray.  Going to respond to some emails.  Working 10-3:30 this afternoon and then I have three days off.  A needed break for sure.
