I had forgotten. When people ask, "What is your Biggest Fear?" I never remember. Fears are tricky that way. You do not think about them until they are right in front of you. Or in my case, right next to me.
I am driving. In the freshly-washed & gassed-up (thank you, Dad) bug (ironic?). Radio on. Windows down. And out of nowhere, a giant dragonfly flies in and lands on the passenger seat. It was so huge I thought I would get a ticket if I didn’t get a seat belt on it. And I panicked. I made that noise that you can never duplicate. It is sort of like when you swallow and cough at the same time. And I made very small movements until I arrived at my destination. And I flew out of the car. I do not even think I turned it off. And then I opened the passenger door and tried to hit it outside. And then it started to fly around as if it was scared of me. And then I did not see it anymore.
At least now I have a Biggest Fear.
