Came to the realization last week that I am out of shape.  A "knee injury" and numerous birthday celebrations kept me from running the past three months.  Am committed to start going to the gym again and doing cardio at least 4 times per week.  So far so good.

Must admit that I am scared.  Last semester, I was "in shape."  I was also irritable, hungry and sad.  Not good at all.  Last semester, everything was a struggle.  I made life so much more difficult than it should have been.

This time I am going to keep it in perspective.  Be balanced.  Be healthy.  Be realistic.

Few things I want to keep in mind…Things I have to keep in mind:

  • EAT.  When you are hungry.
  • DO NOT SACRIFICE FUN.  Ever.
  • DO NOT DWELL. Tomorrow is a New Day.
  • BREATHE.

Balance is important to me.  Healthy Living is important to me.  Staying in control is important to me.

Exercise Regularly.  Indulge and Enjoy Often.  Have Fun.  Take Care.
