sacramento.

Img_1310_2We went out.  In Sacramento.  I think I laughed the entire time.  We for sure wandered blocks.  As in, we started at J & 28th and ended at L & 15th.  Which is where The Park is located.  Pretty quality, not going to lie.

Overall, Sactown is quite different than LA.  Not sure if that is a good or a bad thing.  Definitely a good thing though to see the girls.  That was pretty fun.

Highlight #1: We enter this bar that appears to be a little shady.  The guy goes: "Five dollars each" & I go: "For a TABLE?"  Apparently, I am not used to paying covers.  We left.

Highlight #2: We are at a sushi restaurant that is supposed to be closed.  A guy says in all seriousness, "Sacramento is becoming the new Las Vegas."  I choked on my Saki.

Highlight #3: I am sitting by myself as the girls get drinks.  A guy wanders up.  We sort of talk.  I ask him what he is doing now (as in life) and he goes "I am a massage therapist" in a creepo voice.  I grimace.

Oh, Sacramento.  It is going to be quite a summer.

    that’s so funny! i just checked out your blog today…which you probably already knew. 🙂
    sadly i don’t get much time to update mine. i always have so much to say but such little time to say it in.
    now that i know there are 2 people reading it i might try harder. haha!
    we should totally chat sometime. i think we probably have a lot in common, i mean…just look at our book selection! 🙂

    Haha – what a night! My highlights were:
    1) My “Blue Moon” drink that was pretty, but was waaay strong and gross.
    2) Creepo old guy at the park hitting on us then grabbing me and putting me on his lap… ewww.
    3) Old couple making out next to us – seriously, they needed to get a room.
    4) You to guy at sushi restaurant – “Show me your needles!” (as in knitting)
