enJOY it

In less than 24 hours, I will be on a plane bound for New York City.  Fabulous.  Michelle and I are going on an adventure.  "Adventure" has becoming the catchphrase for this vacation.  How will we get from Newark to Tessie’s apartment?  Hmmm, we’ll figure it out…It will be an adventure.  Weather.com is predicting rain every day we are there.  Oh well, it will be an adventure.

These are the facts:

• Friday night and Saturday night we are staying with Tessie, a fabulous graduated Alpha Phi.
• Sunday – Tuesday night we are staying at the Wellington Hotel.  Most delightful place in the city.  Obviously.
• We are going to Ellis Island.
• We are going to Ground Zero.
• We are going to Central Park.
• We are going ice skating in Rockefeller Center.

Other than that, we have no plans.  We just want to do everything.  To find fun places.  To shop.  To get lost.  To eat it up.  To drink it up.

The good news is Weather.com now says it will not rain on Saturday.  Nevermind that it predicts scattered thunderstorms on Tuesday.  Honestly, it is going to be an Adventure.  Honestly, it is going to be all about the photos.  Honestly, I am getting out of control excited.  Going to Experience it all.
