Gave a fabulous presentation in 302 today. It was good because of what I said, not how I said it. Heifer International might just be the greatest organization on the planet. It seeks to determine the real issues within impoverished communities, and then solve them permanently, not just cover them up for awhile. This is an organization that has made, and will continue to make a difference. So excited that I got to learn more about it. So excited that I got to tell others about it. Have officially decided that someday I will buy an ark.
Remember this proverb: Give a man a fish, and you’ve fed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you’ve fed him for a lifetime.
